Manage and support accounting and financial reporting activities ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
Prepare and analyse monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports along with supporting FP&A activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Support month-end and year-end closing, audit requirements, and partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights for decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, MIS reporting, and FP&A.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Location requirement: Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working independently with multiple stakeholders managing timelines in a finance or accounting environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems and reporting tools.
Knowledge or experience in direct/indirect taxation preferred for enhanced role contribution.
