Minimum Requirements
7–12 years of software development experience building enterprise infrastructure software.
Strong C/C++ systems programming expertise and Linux systems programming experience.
Deep understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VPNs, QoS, network security) and experience with data plane or high-performance networking software.
Work Experience Required: 7–12 years; Recent technical leadership or experience leading a small engineering team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced engineer with background in developing enterprise networking or security products such as firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, or network acceleration technologies.
Technically engaged leader capable of contributing to architecture and product strategy while managing and growing engineering teams.
Familiar with integrating Generative AI tools into software engineering workflows to enhance innovation and productivity.
