Minimum Requirements
3+ years of professional backend software engineering experience with distributed systems in production.
Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java with strong system design skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including compute, object storage (S3), messaging (SQS/SNS), and containerized/serverless workloads.
Work Experience Required: At least 3 years in backend development

Experienced in building and operating large-scale distributed systems related to video streaming or processing.
Comfortable making architectural decisions balancing throughput, latency, cost, and reliability.
Skilled at integrating complex video pipeline components with internal platform services and collaborating cross-functionally.
