Senior Analyst-Data Science (Machine Learning, LLM, GenAI)

Develop and implement predictive models and decision science solutions to enhance servicing experiences, personalization, and operational outcomes.

Build and evaluate machine learning and GenAI solutions including Agentic AI, transformer-based recommendation systems, and Conversational AI/LLM applications.

Collaborate cross-functionally to productionize, monitor, and continuously improve decision science capabilities with measurable business impact.

Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Finance.

Minimum 2 years professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related quantitative field.

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar tools with experience building machine learning models (e.g., tree-based, regression/classification, clustering).

Exposure to LLMs, GenAI, or modern deep-learning approaches with interest in emerging AI capabilities.

Experienced in handling large-scale datasets and translating analytical models into scalable production solutions.

Demonstrated capability with advanced AI techniques such as Agentic AI, transformer architectures, recommendation systems, or Conversational AI.

Able to design experiments and evaluate AI/model performance with an orientation towards measurable business and customer outcomes.
