Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks impacting business growth and revenue.
Define, track, and improve key business and product metrics related to user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports; support A/B testing and experimentation to drive data-driven strategic decisions across product, growth, and operations teams.
Minimum Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL including advanced query techniques (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and BI/visualization tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Location: Bangalore onsite (mandatory).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in performing root cause analysis and transforming large datasets into actionable business insights to influence product development and growth.
Skilled in stakeholder communication and working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Business, and Operations teams to support strategic decision-making.
Familiar with product analytics concepts and experimentation frameworks to evaluate product and operational impact.
