Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure software solutions across multiple domains within an agile team.

Minimum Requirements
Significant software engineering experience with formal training or equivalent expertise.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, with working knowledge of SQL and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React).
Experience designing scalable, secure distributed systems and familiarity with microservices, event-driven, and API-first architectures.
Hands-on experience with AWS or other public cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Java, object-oriented and system design, along with proven experience building AI-enabled applications and agentic workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead technical architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams within complex, scalable environments.
Experience with Generative AI systems including RAG architectures and AI orchestration frameworks, emphasizing responsible AI practices.
