Build and deploy production-grade Voice AI agents for lead qualification, customer engagement, and sales workflows.
Develop real-time conversational pipelines integrating STT (Speech-to-Text), LLM (Large Language Models), and TTS (Text-to-Speech) technologies.
Design and maintain backend services, telephony integrations, and evaluation systems to optimize voice-agent performance including latency, accuracy, and conversation quality.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of software or AI engineering experience with at least 1 year hands-on building Voice AI or conversational AI systems.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM applications and APIs.
Experience with telephony systems (e.g. SIP Trunking), asynchronous APIs/WebSockets, real-time audio processing (STT, TTS, VAD), and cloud infrastructure.
Location: Bengaluru with mandatory in-office work mode.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to independently build and ship production Voice AI systems handling real customer calls and integrating multiple tools/workflows.
Experience optimizing and maintaining production voice systems focused on real-time performance, interruption handling, and conversation quality.
Comfortable working end-to-end from problem statement to prototyping, production deployment, and continuous improvement with complex agentic workflows including tool/function calling and memory.
