Manage end-to-end implementation and training for Marriott's MARSHA and related reservation systems during new hotel openings and conversions in APEC region.
Coordinate with hotel, revenue leaders, and business owners to ensure accurate setup of hotel info, rate structures, and conversion timelines.
Travel extensively (50-95%, often up to 2 months consecutively) primarily across Southeast Asia to deliver training, monitor learning, and support reservations conversion and system accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Revenue Management experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year exposure to MARSHA system preferred.
Must be willing and able to travel extensively (50-95%) across Southeast Asia and beyond, sometimes consecutively for long periods.
Preferred knowledge of related systems (High Performance Pricing, One Yield, MarRFP, eFAST, Marriott Reservation Data Warehouse) and inventory management, Opera experience recommended but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Located in or near a major Southeast Asian gateway city (e.g., Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur) for travel accessibility.
Experienced in reservation sales and revenue management pricing philosophies with strong project management and organizational skills.
Capable of independently managing complex training schedules, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and adapting to evolving systems/platforms (including transition to Salesforce-based platforms).
