Lead and execute calibration development projects focused on torque-based control systems for gasoline and diesel engines, covering emissions and climate development.
Develop and test engine management systems using model-based calibration tools such as Inca, Uniplot, Cameo, ASCMO, AVL Puma, and manage large volumes of analytical data.
Use simulation, statistical testing (Design of Experiments), and hardware-in-the-loop systems to optimize powertrain systems and combustion processes.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in calibration engineering or similar role.
Bachelor's degree (BE/B Tech) in Mechanical, Automobile, or Mechatronics engineering.
Experience with calibration tools like INCA and ETAS, model-based calibration, and statistical testing techniques (DoE).
Location requirement: Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technically leading calibration projects for powertrain systems and engine management.
Strong knowledge of engine combustion, emissions formulation, and simulation/modelling techniques.
Comfortable handling large datasets with analytical software and familiar with coding/programming for calibration purposes.
