Manage and grow a portfolio of key merchant accounts to drive payment acceptance and increase GMV.
Identify and cross-sell payment solutions such as Soundbox, EDC, Merchant Loans, and Insurance to merchants.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, activation targets and improve merchant engagement, retention, and reduce churn.
Minimum Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, FinTech, Banking, Payments, Telecom, or FMCG.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel and CRM tools.
Work Experience Required: 1–4 years in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience with merchant acquiring or digital payments and understanding of UPI, QR, POS/EDC, and Soundbox solutions.
Ability to analyze merchant performance and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with strong communication and negotiation skills.
