Own and manage new image configuration requests and Windows deployment processes using tools like DISM, ImageX, Ghost, and ADK.
Collaborate with global project managers and stakeholders to understand customer needs and support root cause analysis of factory stop ship issues.
Support process improvements for deployment and imaging workflows to ensure product quality and resolve design and implementation bottlenecks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
4+ years of progressive experience in deployment packaging, rollout, and troubleshooting.
Mandatory experience with Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), System Center Configuration Manager Operating Deployment (SCCM OSD), Symantec Ghost, DISM, and ImageX.
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting; hands-on knowledge of secure boot, boot guard (UEFI, BIOS) is preferable.
