Talent Acquisition Team Lead - Workplace Management

Lead strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning for India's workplace management/facility management business across multiple locations.

Manage and develop a team of 1-5 Talent Acquisition professionals, overseeing performance metrics and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Apply advanced sourcing techniques, provide expert guidance on complex searches, utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment, and influence talent acquisition strategy for the business.

Bachelor's degree or higher required.

12–15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with demonstrated team leadership.

Experience managing complex hiring initiatives and workforce planning projects in workplace management/facility management domain.

Proven track record supervising and developing recruitment teams (1-5 direct reports minimum) with strong analytical and technical sourcing skills.

Experienced leader in large-scale, multi-location hiring programs within facility or workplace management sectors.

Hands-on operator comfortable guiding complex, technical hires and using data-driven recruitment decisions.

Strategic collaborator able to influence senior stakeholders and lead continuous process and talent strategy enhancements.
