Analyst, LaSalle Investment Management

Provide backend real estate support for real estate investment funds including investor reporting, data management, portfolio and asset control, and transaction support.

Collaborate with global analysts, stakeholders, and leadership to support processes and improve pipeline effectiveness across various property asset classes.

Prepare and maintain data sources, extract and analyze benchmark information, coordinate with finance and asset teams, and deliver accurate investor reports and polished presentations.

Minimum 1 year experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in CRE processes such as lease analysis, valuations, cashflow projections, loan abstraction, Argus modeling, appraisal review.

MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent education and experience).

Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills including advanced Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, and Debt Returns.

Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana with scheduled 40 weekly hours.

Experience working in teams managing real estate investment funds with understanding of global multi-asset portfolios (multifamily, retail, office, hotel, industrial).

Quantitative and detail-oriented approach with strong communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.

Capable of adapting to changing business requirements while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines in a professional environment.
