IT Business Senior Analyst - Assistant Vice President

Liaise between business users and technology teams to define system scopes for complex projects and solve system issues through process and industry standard evaluations.

Support system changes from requirements gathering to implementation, provide user and operational support, and advise or coach junior analysts.

Manage business risks related to technology applications, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and ethical standards while safeguarding organizational assets.

7-12 years of relevant work experience in business analysis and data analysis.

Bachelor's or equivalent degree.

Hands-on experience with Python scripting (Pandas, NumPy), advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query), Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

Experience using JIRA and Confluence for agile project management and strong SQL skills for data extraction and validation.

Experienced in engaging business stakeholders at all levels to elicit and document requirements effectively.

Proficient in technical communication and collaboration with development and QA teams, including leading User Acceptance Testing.

Skilled in analytical problem-solving, negotiation, and managing multiple priorities to drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
