Application Development - Vice President

Lead application system analysis, programming activities, and integration of functions across management teams to deploy new products and process improvements.

Resolve high impact complex business and system process problems to define and implement necessary system enhancements.

Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards while serving as advisor/coach to mid-level developers and analysts.

6-10 years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven expertise in Core Java (17/21), OOPS, multithreading, memory management, RESTful microservices with Spring Boot, TypeScript and Angular, Kafka, SQL (Oracle or MS SQL Server), Hibernate/JPA, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and automated build/deployment pipelines.

Experience managing and implementing successful projects with strong leadership and project management skills.

Subject Matter Expert in at least one Applications Development area with advanced knowledge of software programming and application design.

Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments requiring integration across architecture, infrastructure, and business goals.

Demonstrated ability to handle high impact, complex issues and coach junior team members within a regulated, compliance-driven environment.
