Lead design and governance of SAP Finance solutions and global finance templates across Record-to-Report and related processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Drive strategic transition initiatives towards SAP S/4HANA, enabling scalable, standardized, and compliant finance operations across multiple countries and business units.
Provide L3 support for live SAP Finance environments, oversee solution changes, and ensure optimal performance and stability of business-critical SAP applications.
Minimum Requirements
At least 12 years of IT experience with 8+ years in SAP delivering full-cycle ERP implementations including global template deployments.
Deep expertise in SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO-PC, CO-PA, etc.) and proven experience with Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and FP&A processes.
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or later, familiarity with SAP HANA and S/4HANA environments highly desirable.
Role location Pune with hybrid work model (2 days office); SAP certification preferred; Work Experience Required: 12+ years IT with 8+ years SAP.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale, multi-country SAP transformation and global template programs in complex multinational enterprises.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP Finance integrated with SD, MM, PP, and Supply Chain, including cross-functional process design and governance.
Background working in regulated industries such as Medical Devices or Life Sciences, with proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities in globally distributed teams.
