Own end-to-end Plan-to-Inventory value stream including production planning, shop floor execution, quality management, inventory, and plant maintenance for manufacturing and commercial operations.
Design, deliver, and govern SAP manufacturing and quality solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards, including SAP S/4HANA transition.
Provide expert L3 support, lead SAP solution delivery across global projects, and ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement in SAP applications.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years of IT experience with 8+ years in multiple full-cycle SAP implementations including multi-country rollouts.
Strong expertise in Plan-to-Inventory processes (production planning, shop floor control, quality management, plant maintenance), SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or higher; SAP HANA experience preferred.
Experience in regulated life sciences or medical device environments with understanding of compliance and validation.
Location: Pune with Hybrid work model; 2 days office required. SAP certification in related modules preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to govern cross-functional, complex SAP solutions in multinational enterprises, especially in manufacturing and quality domains.
Experience managing and leading cross-functional teams and vendor/stakeholder relationships in regulated industry contexts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and familiarity with SAP integration across multiple modules (PP, QM, PM, IM, MM, WM, SD, FI/CO).
