Lead internal practice initiatives, contribute to business planning, drive AI-first delivery models, and serve as a trusted advisor on enterprise architecture and AI integration for clients in healthcare/life sciences domain.
Minimum Requirements
10-15 years experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and managing individual contributors, including at least 5 years of people management.
Proven expertise architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in life sciences, healthcare, or Veeva product domains.
Strong skills in application design, data, integration, security architecture, including mandatory knowledge of Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Identity and Access Management, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture, and Apex Design Patterns.
Understanding of compliance/regulatory standards HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, FHIR is mandatory; Salesforce certifications preferred but not strictly required.
