Facilities Admin

Manage and ensure operational functionality of all critical infrastructure and systems (power, HVAC, UPS) across multiple facilities during night shift.

Oversee night shift transportation, cafeteria services, security operations, and vendor performance to maintain seamless facility operations.

Act as single point of contact for night shift escalations, emergency response, compliance adherence, and prepare operational reports and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Facilities, or Operations.

3–5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Administration, preferably with multi-site and night shift operations experience.

Experience with facility operations including BMS (Building Management Systems) and vendor management.

Willingness and ability to work night shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.

Experienced in handling night shift facility operations and critical incident management across multiple sites.

Strong track record of managing vendor SLAs and compliance with safety, security, and hygiene standards.

Capable of swift decision-making and emergency response with good communication and reporting skills.
