Assistant Manager - IT Infrastructure & Operations

Manage, maintain, and ensure availability of IT infrastructure and warehouse technology devices at the National Distribution Centre in Taloja.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems, networking, endpoint devices (including Zebra handhelds and barcode scanners), and CCTV/AV systems, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Deliver end-user support to NDC employees and remote retail stores, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity for warehouse and distribution center operations.

Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure, System Engineering, or IT Operations.

Prior experience supporting IT infrastructure in warehouse, logistics facility, distribution centre, or supply chain environment.

Hands-on experience with Zebra devices, Windows Server/Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, Microsoft Intune, Okta, and CCTV/NVR systems.

Technically proficient with strong troubleshooting skills specifically in warehouse or distribution center IT operations including device support and networking.

Capable of independently managing IT infrastructure and operations, coordinating effectively with warehouse teams, corporate IT, and external vendors.

Experienced in end-user support and operationally oriented to maintain high availability and reliability of business-critical IT systems.
