Sr Manager, Business Operations — Operations & Supply Chain

Own the operating cadence of the global Operations & Supply Chain organization, including leadership meetings, business reviews, and performance tracking.

Lead cross-regional, cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes and acting as the liaison between regional and functional leaders.

Prepare analysis and executive narratives to support SVP’s high-stakes decisions and manage SVP’s time and priorities as a strategic asset.

9+ years experience in business operations, chief of staff, management consulting, supply chain/manufacturing operations, or program management with senior executive support.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and KPI/dashboard experience.

Role based in Bangalore Global Capability Center; must work 9–5 US Central time (approx. 7:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. IST).

Experienced in operating within a multinational, matrixed environment supporting global operations across multiple regions including US, Mexico, Japan, India, and China.

Skilled in synthesizing complex data into clear recommendations and driving cross-functional collaboration without formal authority.

Comfortable handling highly sensitive, confidential information with discretion and managing strategic priorities for senior leadership.
