About This Role

Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Java backend services using Spring Boot and microservices.

Guide and mentor team members on development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of microservices-based applications.

Manage software releases and CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable deployments.

Minimum Requirements

At least 4 years of hands-on Java backend development experience with minimum 2 years in microservices architecture.

Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Hibernate, SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL).

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven), version control (Bitbucket, Gitlab), and Docker containerization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or closely related field.

Experienced in scalable backend system design with demonstrated leadership in agile environments.

Pragmatic mentor capable of guiding teams through full software development lifecycle and production issue resolution.

Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), event-driven architectures (Kafka), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and monitoring tools for backend performance and security.
