Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
8-10 years of experience in PMO, Program Management, Resource Management, or related roles within large-scale transformation programs.
Experience working in global organizations with resource planning, governance, and executive reporting responsibilities.
Ability to work UK hours (12PM IST to 9PM IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, multi-workstream AI or technology transformation programs in banking or financial services.
Skilled in creating executive-level presentations, dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership.
Proficient in analytical tools like Excel and PowerPoint with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
