Minimum Requirements
7+ years of relevant public accounting and/or industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional accountancy qualification such as CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
Working knowledge of US GAAP, experience with internal controls, monthly/quarterly close processes, journal entry preparation, audits, regulatory reporting, and financial statement preparation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in strategic accounting operations within technology or payments sectors, preferably with exposure to cryptocurrency accounting including stablecoins.
Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional and global teams in a fast-paced environment to drive scalable solutions.
Skilled in system improvements and automation, with familiarity in financial systems like Oracle Suite and data-querying tools such as SQL.
