Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience with object-oriented programming languages, specifically Java.
Experience with distributed systems, RESTful web services, SQL/PostgreSQL, and related technologies such as MyBatis ORM and Elasticsearch.
Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts.
Location requirement: Must be based in Bengaluru, India; this is an office-first role with no remote-only option.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading projects with ownership from design to production in a global, high-scale fintech environment.
Comfortable working with security and compliance frameworks relevant to payment tokenization and authentication (e.g., RBI Card-on-File Tokenization).
Ability to work collaboratively across globally distributed teams and contribute to scalable, reliable financial infrastructure.
