Head of Finance and FP&A, India

Lead end-to-end Group management and flash reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insightful analysis of financial performance.

Own and coordinate monthly flash review meetings with regional and functional teams, challenging results and improving reporting quality.

Manage Group pro forma calculations, collaborate with Financial Control and Finance Systems to ensure data integrity, and lead a team of three in India.

Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).

10+ years of finance experience including FP&A, management reporting, financial control, or performance analysis.

Proven experience delivering Group management reporting and flash results in complex, multi-entity or international organisations.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP, EPM, consolidation, reporting or BI tools.

Experienced in managing and developing geographically dispersed or offshore finance teams.

Strong understanding of month-end close processes, management reporting controls and reconciliations.

Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, decision-useful insights for senior management and board-level audiences.
