Support and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM technology including Hyperion Suite applications.
Administer applications, provide functional/technical support, manage ticketing tools, and produce clear training and status reports.
Work within a Managed Services Model, support clients across multiple time zones, and collaborate with team ensuring quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, HFM, FCCS, and FDMEE (on-premises and cloud).
Experience working within a Managed Services Model and willingness to work across different time zones.
Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Basic knowledge of infrastructure and database concepts; ITIL process knowledge; experience using defect tracking systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical support analyst with deep expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud Suite and Hyperion technologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workloads and operate beyond prior experience areas.
Comfortable working flexible shifts and collaborating within a quality-driven team environment.
