Minimum 4+ years of systems engineering, technology architecture, or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.E. / B.Tech) mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems and Oracle databases required.
Experience with tools like Splunk, App Dynamics, Grafana, Autosys and strong understanding of Incident & Problem Management necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in application and production support with a focus on incident and problem management to meet business SLAs.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate major incident management and disaster recovery/BCP activities during India day hours.
Strong analytical mindset capable of performing trend analysis and proactive issue resolution in a complex technical environment.
