4+ years management or leadership experience.
10+ years leading software engineering organizations with proven experience in large-scale modernization or platform transformations.
Experience in Agile engineering team leadership; knowledge of GRC, Testing & Monitoring, or Audit domains is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders, especially in regulated environments like financial services.
Strong strategic focus on simplifying and standardizing platforms, data assets, and engineering practices aligned with enterprise risk and compliance priorities.
Proven ability to develop high-performing engineering organizations and lead adoption of modern technologies including AI solutions, cloud-native platforms, and DevSecOps.
