Senior Officer Subject Matter Expert

Own end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes including Cash Application, Collections, Dispute Management, Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing ensuring SLA compliance.

Act as primary escalation point for AR operational issues and lead governance activities including audit support, risk monitoring, and reporting on AR performance metrics (DSO, Aging, CEI, etc.).

Drive process improvements through Lean initiatives, automation opportunities, training, and mentorship of AR team members.

4 to 8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations with at least 1 to 2 years in SME, Senior Analyst, or Process Expert roles.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is mandatory; MBA or professional finance qualification preferred.

Strong functional expertise in Accounts Receivable processes including Collections, Cash Application, Reconciliation, and Dispute Resolution.

Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills is required.

Experienced in managing complex AR transactions and driving compliance within financial controls and audit frameworks.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills demonstrated by handling escalations and cross-functional coordination.

A leader with coaching and mentoring experience, capable of delivering training and knowledge transfer in a team environment focused on continuous improvement.
