Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding and contract obligations setup in the obligations management platform, ensuring data accuracy and owner accountability.
Perform periodic monitoring, validation, and escalation of contractual obligations to ensure compliance and prevent gaps.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives including adoption of AI and digital tools to enhance contract obligations management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Finance, or related business discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in contract obligations management.
Strong analytics skills and experience with contract administration or records management in a structured enterprise environment.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supplier onboarding and contract lifecycle management within large or matrixed organizations, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
Comfortable using contract management software and leveraging data-driven insights to drive operational excellence.
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams including legal, finance, compliance, and procurement to ensure obligations compliance and process improvement.
