Manage accurate and timely accounting services for Mastercard Worldwide business units, including contract review, rebate, and incentive payment validation.
Lead financial month-end close processes for net revenue, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations, including CRS and Oracle sub-ledgers.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency, support SOX compliance, and partner with financial systems teams on CRS-related reporting and functionality.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: Progressive accounting experience in a large, global environment; prior revenue, contra revenue, and/or contract management experience preferred.
Education: CPA/CA preferred; MBA Finance knowledge indicated.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of US GAAP; experience with financial/ERP systems, preferably Oracle; strong contract review skills.
Other: Ability to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines; strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
