Facilitate cross-functional Agile collaboration including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and production issue diagnosis within a multi-team environment.
Maintain traceability of requirements and support both cloud and on-premises delivery targets to ensure feature coverage and quality throughout the software lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or industrial domains.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams using Azure DevOps or similar work-item tracking tools.
Location preference: Bangalore PSN Office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong familiarity with fleet management, equipment monitoring, and geospatial visualization domains, ideally within mining or industrial IoT sectors.
Experienced in producing clear, testable requirements artifacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process models within complex, multi-team Agile environments.
Comfortable coordinating across UX, engineering (frontend/backend), QA, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality and alignment with business goals.
