Single Carrier Specialist - Landside Operations

Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution including booking, planning, transport optimization, and order closure using SAP TMS.

Monitor and proactively manage shipment execution exceptions to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with service levels.

Coordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure service delivery, cost control, data accuracy, and operational performance adherence.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or shipping industry (for external hires).

Working knowledge of SAP Transportation Management System and related dispatch workflows.

Willingness to work rotational shifts with a five-day in-office work expectation.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills required.

Experienced in operational shipment execution and transport management within large logistics environments.

Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders including vendors, internal teams, and external partners for seamless operations.

Detail-oriented and analytically capable of validating operational data and driving cost discipline.
