Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure performance management across operational and financial KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate or Post Graduate degree required.
5–8 years of experience in landside logistics, transport operations, or supply chain with prior team management experience.
Proficiency with SAP Transportation Management System (TMS) and strong operational execution skills.
Flexible to work across shifts and comply with organizational in-office policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in landside logistics/transport operations with strong execution, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Skilled in managing and developing teams under dynamic, high-paced environments with multiple priorities.
Familiar with process improvement practices and tools such as Lean/Six Sigma, Power BI, or automation platforms to support transformation initiatives.
