Lead APAC supplier performance management activities including development and distribution of quarterly performance papers and scorecards.
Support supplier performance reviews and corrective action plans to drive cost, risk, and performance outcomes.
Maintain data accuracy and reporting dashboards using tools like Jaggaer and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers on continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Management, Relationship Management, or related Procurement.
Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience supporting global or regional sourcing initiatives in supplier performance management.
Familiarity with facilities management, real estate, or professional services categories preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
