Analyst 3 - Supply Chain Planning

Analyze supply chain data (demand, procurement, logistics, inventory) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare accurate reports and dashboards to support planning decisions.

Manage large datasets using Excel, Power Query, and related tools for data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to improve reporting quality and reduce manual effort.

Drive process automation and improvements using Microsoft 365 tools including Power Automate to simplify workflows and measure impact of these changes.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent (or relevant combination of coursework and experience).

5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, operations, analytics, or related functions with hands-on exposure to demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, reporting, or process improvement.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query for handling large datasets.

Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in supply chain planning or closely related domain.

Experienced in supply chain planning with strong operational problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large, complex datasets.

Skilled in process automation and improvement using Microsoft 365 tools, especially Power Automate, to streamline workflows in supply chain context.

Comfortable working independently with cross-functional teams and communicating data-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
