Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
1 to 4 years of experience in Corporate Actions, Custody Operations, Fund Accounting, Investment Operations, Securities Operations, or Financial Services Operations.
Preferred technical knowledge of corporate action event types, market deadlines, SWIFT standards, custody and fund accounting concepts.
Familiarity with relevant systems such as MCH, GCAS, Bloomberg, MS Excel, Outlook, and internal corporate actions platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing detailed workflow and exception resolution in high-volume corporate actions operations.
Comfortable working under tight market deadlines with strong risk and control awareness.
Capable of supporting client and internal stakeholder queries while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
