Lead and participate in cyber and technology risk assessments, testing, and validation activities across multiple business units.
Provide technical leadership and manage a team of Technology Risk Consultants towards achieving professional and team goals.
Collaborate with global ETRM peers, first and third lines of defense, and key stakeholders to monitor, evaluate, and communicate technology risk exposure, including preparing presentations for senior management and risk committees.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years recent related work experience in risk management, cyber security, or technology-related governance within banking, financial services, or regulated industries.
Graduate in Computer Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/MCA) or equivalent degree.
Knowledge of Cyber and Cloud technologies, security tools, and ability to evaluate and test IT security risks; includes understanding of MITRE Framework and adversarial methodologies.
Must be able to work during US and India time zones with an overlap of at least 4 hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading cyber and technology risk management programs at a global scale involving cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Familiar with regulatory environments, emerging technologies, and IT governance frameworks relevant to financial services, preferably with certifications such as OSCP, CCSP, CISSP, or CRISC.
