Own technical delivery and application solution outcomes for a major product area or program workstream, leading multiple scrum teams through design, development, testing, and release.
Drive roadmap planning and execution for Alternative Credit initiatives, including Alternative Data products, score deployment, data integrations, compliance, and platform modernization.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and coordinate across product, engineering, analytics, compliance, and support teams to ensure feasible delivery commitments and continuous improvement based on KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
Typically 8+ years experience in technical product management, application development, engineering, or related technical roles with leadership across multiple delivery teams.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery environments and driving end-to-end iterative delivery.
This is a hybrid role requiring in-person presence at assigned office minimum two days a week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of data-driven financial products, credit risk solutions, consumer reporting systems, and regulatory knowledge including FCRA and model governance.
Experienced in collaborating across complex matrixed environments involving technical, business, compliance, and data science teams.
Technically proficient in shaping application design and data processing solutions for high-volume platforms, with knowledge of cloud services (GCP or AWS) and alternative credit data ecosystems.
