7+ years of relevant work experience.
Technical background with knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes; ability to read and understand production drawings.
Knowledge of machining processes including welding, brazing, punching, bending, CNC, and coating.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in sheet metal and cable harness manufacturing environment.
Capable of negotiating cost reductions with suppliers and working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a technical engineering mindset.
