Procurement Associate

Deliver Source to Contract services including sourcing, negotiation, contract execution, and supplier lifecycle management for Indirect Categories across one or multiple regions.

Execute sourcing and contracting projects aligned with category strategies to achieve savings, risk management, quality, service, and innovation objectives.

Collaborate with procurement category teams and local markets to ensure compliance with GSK Procurement policies and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

0-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or related functions.

Understanding or strong interest in procurement processes including sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.

Basic proficiency in procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Fair Markit, Ironclad) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex business environments with agility and sound judgment under ambiguity.

Motivated to learn and develop in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier collaboration.

Open to embracing digital and AI technologies to enhance procurement processes.
