Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
10-15 years of experience in Payroll Operations, Payroll Governance, HR Shared Services, Compliance, Audit, or related functions.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, controls, taxation, social security, labour regulations, and experience with payroll vendor management.
Work Experience Required: 10-15 years in relevant payroll and compliance roles.
Location: Bangalore, India.
