Own product-led transformation for end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) enterprise processes, driving roadmap, vision, and value realization.
Manage enterprise data products and planning tracks including commercial, capacity, and revenue planning with a focus on trusted data and AI-enabled applications.
Establish end-to-end process visibility using process mining tools to measure performance, identify root causes, and provide executive insights on process health and interventions.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in enterprise product management or related roles.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management methodologies and familiarity with SDLC and enterprise software platforms (ERP, Finance, SCM).
Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau), Robotic Process Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.

Experience in leading complex enterprise process transformations focused on O2C and R2R cycles within large, multi-unit organizations.
Proficient in integrating cross-functional teams and managing data-centric products that support commercial and operational planning.
Capable of leveraging process mining and AI to identify and resolve process inefficiencies delivering measurable business outcomes.
