Oversee resource allocation, performance management, and promote engineering best practices including agile and DevOps within US domestic and cross-border payments domain.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of Software Engineering experience.
3+ years of management or leadership experience.
Strong hands-on experience in design/architecture fundamentals and with tools like Observability, Grafana, Kafka.
Mandatory payments domain expertise including US domestic payments and experience with one or more payment rails like Wires, ACH, Real Time Payments, Zelle, or Card.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated experience building complex, 24x7 available payment solutions with strong understanding of payment regulations (e.g., OFAC, Dodd-Frank, SEPA) and ISO 20022 payment message specs.
Technical proficiency in Java, Kafka, MongoDB, event-driven architecture with design and solutioning background.
Experience with scalable cloud platforms, platform support (L2/L3), and implementing engineering best practices in financial services technology environments.
