Design, build, and maintain AI-powered backend services and agentic workflows using LLMs and orchestration frameworks primarily in Go or Python.

Minimum Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on software engineering experience including building AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Proficiency in Go or Python programming language is mandatory.
Experience with agentic or LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) and building RAG pipelines/vector stores.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing concurrent, high-performance backend services, preferably in regulated or Life Sciences environments.
Familiar with integrating and evaluating LLM APIs in production, including prompt engineering and hallucination mitigation techniques.
Comfortable working in agile teams with modern AI engineering workflows and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
