Principal Cyber Security Engineer

Own and architect scalable, modular, secure domain-level solutions and cross-cutting features used across multiple engineering teams.

Lead technical vision, engineering standards, and quality assurance including test strategies, code reviews, and resolving complex performance issues.

Provide technical direction, mentorship, and collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align execution with strategic goals.

12+ years of software application development experience.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Deep proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Spring, RESTful services, relational and NoSQL databases, cloud-native distributed system architecture (AWS).

Experience with engineering best practices including design patterns, DI/AOP frameworks, test automation, and knowledge of authentication frameworks such as OpenID and OAuth.

Senior-level architect comfortable driving domain-wide technical vision and reusable frameworks across multiple teams.

Experience operating in complex, distributed cloud-native environments with focus on long-term maintainability and performance optimization.

Proven leader in setting organization-wide engineering standards, testing strategies, and mentoring engineers across teams.
