Minimum Requirements
3+ years of professional full stack development experience with strong MERN stack expertise.
Experience with system architecture, REST API design, database design, Docker, Linux, hosting, deployment pipelines, Git, CI/CD, authentication, security, and performance optimization.
Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years full stack development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong ownership from development through production deployment with ability to independently handle architecture and deployment.
Experienced in working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional product and UI/UX teams.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management including Docker, Linux, Nginx, DNS, SSL, and optionally AWS/Azure, Redis, Kubernetes, Microservices, or DevOps.
