Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack enterprise applications using React, Java/Spring Boot, and Python.
Develop and integrate Python-based AI and automation solutions including Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and intelligent automation into business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and performance standards while implementing DevOps best practices such as CI/CD and containerization.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10 years of relevant software engineering experience; typically 12 years or more preferred.
Bachelor's degree (BTECH / BE) from a renowned technology institution.
Hands-on experience with React, Java/Spring Boot, Python, full-stack application development, REST APIs, microservices, and Generative AI/LLM or intelligent automation.
Experience with modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, cloud development; knowledge of RAG, AI agents, workflow automation, Docker/Kubernetes preferred.

Experienced senior software engineer able to lead and deliver complex full-stack projects incorporating AI and automation at scale.
Strong integration and system design skills, comfortable working across frontend, backend, AI/ML components, and enterprise system integrations.
Practitioner of modern DevOps and engineering standards, capable of advising teams and optimizing continuous delivery in cloud-native environments.
