Minimum Requirements
12-14 years of relevant UI/UX, digital design, product design, or visual design experience.
Any Graduate or Post-Graduate degree (full time).
Work Location: Bangalore, Whitefield; Onsite work required.
Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.

Experienced in leading moderately complex digital design projects with a strong understanding of user-centered design and accessibility standards.
Able to work independently and closely with global, multi-disciplinary teams including design, proposal, development, and business stakeholders.
Skilled in managing multiple projects while balancing quality, deadlines, and stakeholder priorities in a fast-paced environment.
